These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the 90ph platform, including all games, services, promotions, and account features. Please read them carefully before registering or placing any wager on 90ph.
These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", or "you") and 90ph ("90ph", "we", "us", or "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at 90ph.biz. 2.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least 21 years of age to register and use the 90ph platform. This requirement is imposed by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) and is strictly enforced. 90ph will request identity documents to verify your age as part of the Know Your Customer (KYC) process. Any account found to belong to a person under 21 years of age will be immediately suspended and all funds forfeited in accordance with PAGCOR directives.
2.2 Geographic Eligibility. 90ph is operated for and primarily directed at players located in the Philippines. It is your responsibility to ensure that your use of 90ph is lawful in your jurisdiction before registering or placing bets.
2.3 Self-Excluded Players. Individuals who have voluntarily self-excluded from 90ph or from any PAGCOR-licensed platform through the applicable exclusion registry are not eligible to register or maintain an account on 90ph. Attempting to circumvent a self-exclusion order is a breach of these Terms.
2.4 Employees. Employees of 90ph, its affiliates, game providers, payment processors, and immediate family members of such employees are prohibited from participating in any real-money games or promotions on the platform.
3.1 One Account Per Person. Each natural person may hold only one (1) registered account on 90ph. Opening multiple accounts — whether to circumvent bonus restrictions, exploit promotions, or for any other purpose — constitutes fraud and will result in the permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances.
3.2 Accurate Information. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, and an active Philippine mobile number. Providing false information is a material breach of these Terms.
3.3 KYC Verification. Before processing your first withdrawal, 90ph will require you to complete identity verification by submitting a valid Philippine government-issued identification document (passport, driver's licence, UMID, SSS, Voter's ID, or PhilHealth card). 90ph may request additional documentation at any time. Failure to complete KYC within a reasonable period may result in account suspension.
3.4 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 90ph Login credentials. You must immediately notify 90ph support if you suspect unauthorised access to your account. 90ph will not be liable for losses resulting from your failure to keep your login details secure.
3.5 Account Transfer. Your 90ph account is personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your account or any rights therein to any third party.

4.2 Own Funds. You may only deposit funds that belong to you and that have been legitimately obtained. 90ph does not accept funds from third parties. Deposits made from payment instruments not registered in your name may be reversed and the account flagged for review.
4.3 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit, where technically possible. Withdrawal requests for fully KYC-verified accounts are typically processed within the timeframes published in the Cashier section. 90ph reserves the right to delay processing pending additional verification.
4.4 Currency. All transactions on 90ph are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise specified. Any currency conversion fees imposed by your bank or e-wallet provider are your sole responsibility.
4.5 Errors. In the event of a crediting error — whether in your favour or otherwise — 90ph reserves the right to correct the error and recover any funds credited incorrectly, including by deducting from your 90ph wallet balance.
5.1 Bonuses, free bets, free spins, and other promotional offers made available by 90ph are subject to specific terms published alongside each individual promotion. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and the specific bonus terms, the specific bonus terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion.
5.2 90ph reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any wagering requirements already in progress will be honoured under the original terms.
5.3 Bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts, placing offsetting bets, using automated scripts, or any other method designed to extract value from promotions without genuine gaming intent — will result in the forfeiture of all bonus-related winnings and may lead to permanent account closure.
5.4 Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until all applicable wagering requirements have been satisfied. Cash winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to standard withdrawal terms once wagering is complete.
6.1 Acceptance of Bets. 90ph reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet at its sole discretion, including where a bet is placed at odds or stake levels that 90ph reasonably believes result from error or technical malfunction.
6.2 Manifest Errors. In the event of a manifest error — such as a game malfunction, incorrect odds display, or erroneous payout — 90ph reserves the right to void the affected round or rounds and refund the relevant stakes. Winnings derived from a manifest error are not payable.
6.3 Insufficient Funds. Bets placed without sufficient funds in your 90ph wallet will be declined. 90ph does not provide credit facilities of any kind.
6.4 Game Provider Rules. Where games are supplied by third-party providers (including but not limited to JILI, PG Soft, Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, and others), the rules of those providers apply in addition to these Terms. In the event of a conflict, 90ph's decision is final for all platform-level matters.

8.1 All content on the 90ph platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game designs, software, and trademarks — is the property of 90ph or its licensors and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.
8.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, redistribute, scrape, or commercially exploit any 90ph content without prior written consent.
9.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 90ph and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of or inability to use the platform, including losses arising from game outcomes, technical failures, or delays in payment processing.
9.2 90ph does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, third-party provider outages, and internet connectivity issues may affect availability. 90ph shall not be liable for losses incurred during periods of platform unavailability.
9.3 Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded under Philippine consumer protection legislation.
10.1 90ph is committed to promoting responsible gambling in compliance with PAGCOR player welfare standards. All registered players have access to the following responsible gaming tools from within their account settings:
10.2 Self-exclusion requests submitted to 90ph support will be actioned within one (1) business day. A self-excluded player must not attempt to open a new account during the exclusion period. 90ph will take reasonable steps to enforce the exclusion but cannot guarantee detection in all circumstances.

12.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
12.2 Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be submitted to 90ph's internal dispute resolution process by contacting support. 90ph aims to resolve all disputes within 14 calendar days of receipt.
12.3 If a dispute cannot be resolved internally, either party may refer the matter to PAGCOR's player dispute resolution process as the relevant regulatory authority, or to the appropriate Philippine courts of competent jurisdiction.
13.1 90ph may amend these Terms at any time. The current version — identified by the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page — is the version that governs your use of the platform.
13.2 We will give reasonable notice of material changes by posting a notice on the 90ph platform and, where possible, by SMS to your registered number. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, your only remedy is to close your account before the effective date of the changes.
